Balotelli Brilliance

After scoring 5 goals in 3 games, it seems that super Mario is back in form. Mario Balotelli hit a consistently disappointing point of his career when considering the potential in which Roberto Manchini had placed in him only to recognise the poor form Balotelli had reached when talking to Corriere Della Sera: “It has gone downward a bit since he left Man City.I thought he would do well at Milan but it didn’t happen.” With Mario netting 26 goals in 43 appearances including a 30 yard free-kick against Palma. Before returning on loan after only scoring 1 in 16 appearances for Liverpool after a £16 million  move.

However, despite numerous disciplinary records, as well as fall-outs and training ground bust-ups with Manchini, Mario Balotelli was wanted from Liverpool at Nice on a free. Nice coach Lucien Favre certainly has high regards for the 26 year-old following a press conference when suggesting that “You’d have to be blind to not see how good he is.” Clearly the Italian has been impressing at OCG Nice who are currently top of the Ligue 1.

Hopefully this is a return of the hit-man striker we love with an attitude that’s proven on the field.

Do you think his form will continue at Nice? Comment below on your thoughts and whether Mario will hit the form expected of him.
